I’ve been keeping a food journal for about a month now, and just the other day I was asking myself “what are the benefits of this?” I’m trying to lose weight and I’ve heard that keeping a food journal helps, but I wasn’t sure with what it was helping with. Now that I read your post i do realise that it does help me see how much I eat and it helps monitor my calorie intake. As mentioned in the article, it does come as something natural and routine.
