I have seen some hard working employees who lost their moral, simply because the company they are working for failed to recognize their efforts.
I have also experienced employees leave their work places simply because they did a good job and got the company in the picture , yet the supervisor did not give them the recognition they desertved but took the credit for thr job that had been done.
it is a culture of senior people to ask their junior to be creative and make sure that this and that is done, and when the final product is succesful, they end up owning the whole project.But when the creativity of their junior fails to yeald results, they keep on throwing tantrums.
this are circumstances that can make someone hate working for a compy and opt to leave , while leaving, they do not have kind words for the people they meet about the compony and this will lead to distrust amongesty those who woukld have been clients of the companys.
It is therefore vitakl to treat people well.
